Refund policy
30-Day Returns and Exchanges
NIVRA accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on standard designs, including pieces made to order. Custom-designed or engraved pieces are excluded from this return and exchange policy.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email hello@nivrajewel.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us whether you would like a return or an exchange.
- We will provide a prepaid, insured return label.
- Pack your item in its original packaging and return it using the carrier indicated on the label.
Refunds and Return Shipping
NIVRA covers return shipping for eligible returns. There are no restocking fees. A full refund will be issued within 10–15 business days after the returned item arrives.
